Florida Department of Health Hands Over Florida SHOTS Data to CDC & HHS

We should all be alarmed that in December of 2020, State Surgeon General, Scott Rivkees, signed an adoption package into the Emergency Rule (64DER20-43) which now requires vaccination records be uploaded into Florida SHOTS database with in 24 hours post administration of the vaccine.  Of which, will now be shared with the Federal Government, specifically, providing the CDC access to our private medical data, along with Health and Human Services.  Moreover, the purpose outlined in the documentation stipulates it is to assess patterns of vaccination among the population, identify pockets of under vaccination, assist with allocation of vaccine resource allocation, among other purposes.  The control our Federal Government has taken from the people continues.  It is time to flip the script, contact Florida Shots and request that they provide you with an OPT OUT form.  Stop invasive tracking by the Government.  Our private medical decisions should be just this, private! Its time! Hold the line!
