Tampa Bay Buccaneers new protocol singles out unvaccinated players.
Our Super Bowl Champion’s, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers started training on Monday with a new protocol for vaccination status. Any unvaccinated player is now required to wear yellow wristbands, while the vaccinated players will be wearing red wristbands, which allows anyone the ability to distinguish between the two on and off the field.
Just last week, the NFL (National Football League) announced that there might be potential penalties for teams with unvaccinated players and it was their recommendation to use the wristband protocol as a way for teams to identify players who refuse to be vaccinated.
Despite this new protocol, some Buccaneer players, most notably, quarterbacks Tom Brady, Blaine Gabbert and Kyle Trask, chose to wear NO WRISTBANDS on Monday.
